SolarTechElec provided a reasonable quote for the solar panels, a Franklin 13.6 kW whole-home battery, installation, and all of the administrative things such as permits, engineering plans, etc. The installation crew were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to keep us apprised of progress and kept the work area clean and tidy; there's more packaging and waste than I realized, but they kept the yard and driveway clean. We already owned a 13.6 kW Franklin whole-home battery. The crew incorporated our battery with the 29 Solaria Corporation PowerX-400R panels, with each panel including Enphase Energy Inc. inverters and the additional 13.6 kW battery. We have peace of mind, knowing that if the power goes out, we will still have electricity. Hurricane season doesn't make us as nervous now that our solar array and batteries are at the ready.
