Super Easy

I don’t usually write reviews, but Ion Solar definitely earned this one. Someone from their team first knocked on my door and explained what they were doing in the neighborhood. They were super polite, not pushy at all, literally just explained how the process would work and if I was interested. A few days later, their specialist came by to walk me through the details, showed me the savings, and answered every question I had (which was a lot). Everything made sense financially, and there was zero pressure to make a quick decision. The savings were so good that there was no reason to wait! Once I decided to move forward, the whole process was impressively smooth. The communication was great. They kept me updated at every step, handled all the paperwork, and the install was done shortly after no complications. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything before they left. Everything from the initial interaction at my front door to the install was exactly how they said it would go. The panels look great, better than I ever thought they would and my first month’s electric bill is already way lower than before. If you’re even thinking about going solar, I’d highly recommend Ion Solar, a genuinely great experience all around.
