Buyer Beware

We originally had installed our solar system with 14 panels. Several problems resulted from this installation. We found that when multiple problems occurred, Olson's did not respond. We were left with the opinion that Olson's approach to address issues was to ignore them and hope they just go away. Later we decided to increase the number of panels. Unfortunately, we needed to go back to Olson's, which proved to be an error in judgement. Same issues as before. The project manager would not respond to issues. There was a large amount of damage done to our yard. As requested, we took pictures. Sent them out which resulted with unfulfilled promises that Olson would fix. We were so frustrated that we wrote a 3-page letter outlining issues and sent the letter along with the pictures and copies of emails to Cameron Olson himself. Again nothing. Olson Solar left us high and dry. Best advice is to use another solar contractor. They do not care!
