The absolute worst experience

I signed up in January of 2025 and completed all the paperwork. They finally installed in early May of 2025 and then I waited until the 3rd of October 2025 before the system was activated. During the process they gave many reasons for this. They told me that they were awaiting final approval from the electric company. Months later I called back and was told it hasnt been submitted to the electric company yet as they were awaiting paperwork from their leasing company. Each time I was told they would escalate my case. Now a few days after it gets turned on, the inverter will not connect to wifi like it is supposed to and low and behold, Trinity is blowing me off and wants nothing to do with assisting with this problem. RUN from this company, DO NOT give them your business !
