Panels never worked

I purchased a brand new home from Lennar in March 2025. Since then, the panels have never worked. Sunnova tells me the inverters are broken and need to access the roof. But because the panels are on the 4th floor, they can access it. So I have been waiting 7 months for them to rent a boom lift to fix it. I have been constantly calling them and they tell me they will call me back and they never do. They tell me they appreciate my patience but it's been a long time and they have provided no timeline or plan when they will get a boom lift.
