Optimizer failed

Overall been very happy with the company itself always rapid answers but is been 3 years with my 31 panels and lately more than 8 Optimizer go bad . And now is taking for ever to get sone one to get fix.. due shortage of parts ???? At the end I'm loosing money because system is not producing the 110 % that I pay for and I have to pay to utility company too.. MIKE ( service Manager)IS always been very diligent and polite trying to expedite my repairs but 8 times in 2 yeas is too much.. now in this very moment I have 2 Optimizer down ...
