Disappointing service

More than six months after signing a contract with Potere, two failed city inspections and still no connection, I can only conclude that Potere obviously has taken more on their plate than they can handle. The electrical service box was damaged and is very difficult to open. This has been reported to Carmen twice and still remains unfixed.

We are Disappointed that you have had this experience, we are very serious about customer service and will look into this right away. With the delays unfortunately these are sometimes out of our control when multiple parties are involved with approvals such as a Leasing company and the Electrical company. We will continue to improve our updates with our customers during this lengthy process. If the issue with the electrical Panel has not been resolved please contact our office and ask for Tim he will take care of you right away.
