Installation was great… Was a happy customer, so I referred a coworker then only received half of the referral bonus. Two years later received a call that something was not working correctly. Was told I had to pay for $700 a service call where they could not find anything wrong other than two connections that S.U.S. installed being the problem. Was also told this will probably going to continue happen down the road with only more costs due coming. “Performance guarantee” is just a ploy to get you in the door. They don’t stand by their work.
