ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY RUN RUN RUN

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. Sunnova is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life, across all products and services I’ve ever bought. First off, they lie, lie, lie just to make a sale. Then after they make the sale, that’s when you discover that they were lying. Their contracts are made of bullshit and spider bites, literally. We have never met the production guarantee. Their system goes down for weeks on end, making us accrue huge energy bills from the grid. They don’t care. When you call to log a problem, you can be on hold for an hour. Then it sounds like it’s the same one guy who you have to talk to - whether you call billing, technical, doesn’t matter which department you call it’s the same one Pakistani or Indian guy. Who just keeps repeating “I am sorry sir, I am sorry sir”. If you want solar, stay as far as you can from this nightmare of a company. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!
