scam and so disappointed

i am so frustrated with this company. for one, the rep that came to my home did not figure out the correct number of solar panels for my home. I currently only generate about 33% of the needed solar on my home. I pay $133/mo plus my SRP bill which this month was $484. SRP did an assessment and I would have paid $504 w/o Solar. according to my math, that is a potential savings of $20. however, my time is worth much more than $20. I spend so much time with this company trying to get them to deal with their equipment, that I end up losing money. from day one, the system has consistently had interruptions where it stops working and doesnt generate Solar. this time, it has been since the 23rd of september! and to top it off, they only allow you to submit an online form for a service call. I have no idea what the turn around time is for a response! it is so frustrating and if you are looking to do Solar, DONT DO IT!!! it is the biggest scam out there! I am a realtor and I will make sure I share my experience with all my clients, so they dont get sucked into the fantasy of savings. If someone else is saving, i sure would love to know because it is definitely NOT something I have experienced thus far and customer service, is non exitent with Fusion Power.
