Posigen Sucks!

We've had Posigen for about 3 years now. Unfortunately, we are under contract. We should have known something was wrong with Posigen when months had gone by after installation and the system still hadn't been turned on. When we'd call Posigen, they would tell us they were waiting on the electric company. Well, finally we contacted the electric company and found out that Posigen hadn't paid the "turn on" fee. Well I got the first electric bill since it was turned on. I was shocked to see my bill had only gone down about a whopping $15 from the previous month. That's been my average savings every month ever since. We told the salesman that we wanted to see significant savings on our electric bill and that's what he promised. I guess my definition of "significant" is different from his. At first, we would call Posigen and question the lack of significant savings and they couldn't tell us why. They only thing they would do was reduce our bill to $8 a month for 9 months. I've contacted an attorney and due to some wording in the contract, they suggested I contact an Arbitrator. I just want out of my contract and have the things taken off of my roof. FYI - I put the kw size as 100,000,000 because I don't know what size it is.
