Terrible communication and execution

This is PEG response to my poor review on their website. The city does not and it was communicated with them 3 week prior to installation that no city inspection was required. The city coordinated with AEP that no inspection was required. PEG should have had known this prior to installation and had the proper electrician on hand to approve the installation. This company seems to be in total disarray and lacking any type of customer service. Avoid them! Hi P Connor, We’re sorry for the frustration. The charger was installed two days ago, but it hasn’t been turned on yet because it needs to pass the city inspection first - we’re actively coordinating with the city on the date. Since you inquired through QMerit, all installers are verified for proper licensing and background checks. A licensed electrician will inspect the installation as part of the city process to ensure everything is safe and compliant.
