Horrible Service

I decided to go with Solar Ray to install my solar panels due to the longevity in business thinking that this meant they offered great service. Well, I was wrong. I had an issue with one of the inverters not working. I have tried reaching them by email, phone, facebook, even text, and nothing for over 3 weeks. They have not responded other than in text telling me that they will review my issue and get back to me. Still nothing. 3 weeks of no production. I even called the manufacturer of the inverter myself and created a "ticket" which I forwarded to Solar Ray. Still no response. SMA checked my system remotely and mentioned that it wasn't the inverter as it checked out and that it had to do with the install. I had to hire someone to check my system and effectively something in the system burnt out. I would recommend not going with Solar Ray ever because while they are responsive when they sell the system, you get nothing for service when things go wrong even though they mentioned that this was where they excelled. Move on from Solar Ray
