My electrical bill is higher now

We went over by last years electric bill and we already had 21 panels on the house. we paid around $100-$150 a month. ES Solar salesman and engineer looked over everything as said we should add 8 more panels and a battery to get us down to just the grid fee. We decided to go with the plan and now we 29 panels and a battery, we only charge our cars during the time our panels are getting solar, we removed a garage fridge and stopped running dishwasher, and laundry when the panels get a charge. now are electric bill is higher than it was prior to making those changes. we pay over $200 a month, the solar edge app shows we are also giving power back to the grid after our battery is fully charged. we have called ES Solar so many times and nobody gets back to us but they say they are looking into it. I had to ensure the solar and the battery were installed based on the timeline they provided us and I had to call over ten times for the rebate check from ES Solar and for them to provide the power company the documents for that rebate check as well. poor company, all they want is to make a sale. The installers were great and polite.
