This company was great with the initial sales, contract, collection of a sizable down payment, and now 3 months of crickets. Not sure yet if it’s a total loss but it’s enough to say avoid them so you won’t go through the same. Unfortunately, the small print in the contract allows them infinite amount of time so they’ve got me by the balls. I hate to lose the tax benefit because it looks like they will just blow me off until after the end of the year. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with on any project in over 50 years.
