DECEIVING: DELETING 10 SOLAR PANELS OFF OF CONTRACT!

Just a heads up to review the details of the contract before signing. I had requested a cash discount to my representative, and they agreed to lower the price almost 15% from an agreed proposal 4 months earlier. I was about to sign the contract and noticed that they had deleted 10 solar panels from the agreement and thought I would not notice. That deletion of 10 solar panels would have cost me 25% more in electricity costs per month and not the agreed original amount of solar panels for our useage(41). Excuse was they are busy and to send over the original agreed price proposal including the agreed number of panels for our power usage. What? They don't keep proposal records! After a few days, regional or corporate office said they cannot honor the agreed price but would pay about $700 in permit fees. Ridiculous response and lost my trust going forward. BE CAREFUL THEY HONOR ALL NUMBERS AND STATEMENTS IN THEIR PROPOSAL WHEN SIGNING AGREEMENT. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING! THANKFULLY I DID AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. TRUST IS IMPORTANT IN ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP! TRINITY SOLAR IS DECEITFUL!
