Poor performance and service

I have 22 panels on my roof of which I purchased the highest output panels at the time. Duke Energy is now telling me that I am only generating less than 20 kWh per day! I live in Florida and those panels are lit up over 10 hours a day. Duke says talk to SunPro or Enphase and noone addresses the issue. I am very concerned that Duke is throttling my output but no help is available. Who is servicing my panels?
