Happy Customer With New Concerns

My intitial experience with the sales, installation, and performannce of the system has been good for the past four years. During this past spring my system quit reporting on a few panels on Ephase and I was alerted to check the system. I called to repor and it took about a month for a response and for the maintenace team to come out. The technician said the problem was fixed and the system was working properly. During the month of July the system got hot and one of the main breakers burned and failed. I was not aware that my system was working not working for most of July. I was not notified by the 24/7 monitoring I was promissed, and the result was a huge true up bill in August. I was not satisfied with the response and I asked for followup and an investigation into my true up bill. I have not had a satisfactory response other than being read conditions in my contract that apparently relieves Solar Negotiars from any compensation for their neglect of my system and their failure to adequately communicate with me and relieve my concerns. This once happy customer is wondering if the company is now taking the customer service path of the companies I did not want to deal with. Has anyone else had a similar incident.
