I have an issue with Tesla Powerwall 3. Not working. Contact Tesla and they told me to contact the installer, Freedom Solar. This is 2 months system installed. What I don't understand, after open 3 tickets why we need wait 7 days before they answer a ticket and probably will take longer to resolve the issue? We pay for an expensive system and when something breaks you need wait 7-10 days befor issue resolved? It seems to me Low customer support. I'm not looking to get support same day BUT 7-10 days seem long time.... and just for someone to get my ticket and working on it. Ma, no idea. It was not expected it.
