Faulty equipment refuse to credit UI charges

Terrible experience. They were alerted in May that there was a issue with the equipment and we were never told. Didn't know anything til we got a $480. UI bill. They said they were waiting for a part to come in so for 4 months we are being charged for all of our usage. Now we got another $380. Bill and I'm sure next month's will be high also. We were told we would get credit and when we called back to ask about the credit we were told by a manager we wouldn't get anything and would have to take them to court if we wanted to receive any type of credit. Since we got this solar our bill has only been the $12. It's suppose to be for a few of the months and we are within our limits. We had another issue with the meter, it was suppose to be replaced and nobody ever came out to change it until we had to call and again ask about the high bills, never got credit for those months either. It also took them a year after being installed to actually turn them on.
