WATTSUN FAILS TO ADHERE TO THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Stay AWAY—-have contacted WATTSUN by phone and email many times. No response. Filed complaint with the BBB, of which WATTSUN is a member. BBB has informed me that they too have failed to hear back from them. WATTSUN has failed to live up to their contractural obligations. They are failing to respond to a request for warranty coverage. YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO FAILS TO HONOR THEIR WARTANTY!!!
