what a waste

I was told initially that this was a Costco backed company AKA Sun Run affiliate with whom my son has had great success with and he referred me. I was undersold the # of panels to effectively run my home so i am actually only getting like $25 off my bill a month and I was also told while I was making payments, my entire system was warrantied and they would come out yearly to clean the panels. All of that was lies. I am receiving no assistance and now one of my panels is out and although they sent me a panel, the cost to have someone come out to swap it out is ridiculous.
