Since we already had solar panels in place , our main priority was battery backup storage. Renu's planners came to our home and gave us the information needed. We proceeded to go forward with this project and had a Franklin battery installed. All necessary permits were handled by Renu and their office kept us apprised of the progress relating to the final installation and any other documents regarding the backup battery. We are thrilled to now have a backup system in place in case of any emergency or power outage. The entire Renu team members were very professional and straightforward. Battery installation was smooth and the installers answered all of our questions. No regrets!
