Deceptive

Was told 24 panels can lower my home and then some. I actually got 34 because we plan to build a shop. Still getting an electric bill. Company now says we don’t have enough panels. We haven’t built the shop yet so just the original home they accessed and said 24 for power. One panel is smashed sand we were told by the tech that came out as well as the district rep it would be covered, even have text to prove it, well now they say not covering. So now instead of a $500 electric bill I have a $650 solar bill as well as a $100-$200 electric bill. Very unhappy.
