This has been the biggest effing nightmare I have ever had to go through. It has been almost a year and we still don’t have the solar system up and running. They send out different people who don’t bring the right tools then they have to send other people who don’t know what’s going on because one person doesn’t talk to the other person they constantly have turnover in their office and in the field Our system is not been hooked up properly. LA county is calling out the generator hook up, which I specifically stated was my biggest concern. I wanted to have our generator still accessible to run our house the way they hooked it up LA county inspector is calling it out and said that they could just remove it entirely, which is a problem because we have our electricity turned off all the time in my area for days at a time! The back up batteries will only last for so many hours. My sales person who was referred to me by a friend has basically threw his hands in the air and apologize and said there’s nothing he can do so he doesn’t contact me anymore. He swore he would be there through the entire thing to help us out from beginning to end. This has been a nightmare.
