Couldn't be happier

From Sept. 2024 to April 2025 we dealt with Exact Solar for the installation of 17 solar panels on the roof of our home and 2 -10 kWh batteries in our basement. Everything about the experience was excellent. Sales staff were friendly, proficient and anything but pushy. Their quote was competetive with others we received and did not change at any time during intallation. All personnel, sales through coordination through installation, were top notch, professional and polite. Heck, the head of the installation team gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or needs. Before, during and after installation the staff bent over backwards to answer any questions we had. I especially appreciate the skill of their installers and the way that Exact Solar, rather than we, did all the dealing with the Township regarding permits and inspections and with PECO regarding integration with their system. Since installation, the neighborhood has had one grid power failure, as a storm went through the area. Our system immediately and seemlessly switched to panel and battery power and carried us through the next 20 hours till power was restored, at which time it switched back to grid connection, again seemlessly. We are extremely satisfied with Exact Solar - their people, their approach to the job and to customers, and their products.
