Absolute disgrace to the industry!!

I will put this briefly and get right to the point! I was approved for service and had a start date for a system to be installed in my home and at the very last minute the company pulled out of the project-with no feasible explanation-and left me with cost expenses for a tree removal that they insisted on at the very last minute and observed with the 2 visits they were on my property for a survey! From start to finish dealing with them was a terrible non productive experience! They were always late, made excuses, and never had a solid answer to my questions! I worked with a rep named kirk and he was one of the most inept consultants and project planner I have ever dealt with in a long time! Worthless like the company and at the very least I asked for compensation for the Tree removal expenses and they bulked on that situation. Agreeing to pay it then ignoring all forms of communication to get a remedy/ closure! They are pathetic and loved to use stalling tactics, more excuses, and ultimately just ignored the entire situation! I'll be reinventing this situation soon with legal action!! I had a contract, signed documentation, and much more! Thanks for the experience and for those of you reading this just wait until you need them for service?? They will do you wrong any way possible to get out of their end of the bargain-i learned the hard way on my part!!
