How can this business have 4.6 stars?

How can this business have 4.6 stars? In our opinion KNS Solar, LLC and its owner, Guy Koloko are frauds, consistent liars and thieves. We signed a contract with KNS to install solar panels in February of 2022. They asked for advanced payments to purchase the equipment in the amount of nearly $40,000 in February and March of 2022. They promised to begin installation in March. But then the delays started. Next they promised to begin installation in April, then May, then June. But they failed to install any solar panels. In August of 2022 Koloko admitted KNS was out of money so we sued both KNS and Koloko. See Cause #22-10-14205 filed in 457th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. On or about May 31, 2023, prior to trial Koloko promised to pay us $40,000 at $2,000 per month beginning June 1, 2023 and we allowed the case to be dismissed with an agreement signed by all parties. But KNS and Koloko made no payments so we had to sue them again. See Cause #23-08-11846 filed in the County Court of Law 6 of Montgomery County, Texas. Prior to the May 2024 trial we entered into an agreed judgment with KNS and Koloko in the amount of $54,500. And surprise. They breached that agreement too and never paid us anything under that agreement ever. We sent the sheriff out to their place of business to seize assets to satisfy our judgment but the sheriff returned the writ “nulla bona” which we understand means they had no assets the sheriff could seize. How can they still be in business and selling jobs and have no assets? We are still trying to get KNS and Koloko to pay us back the money we advanced to them, but so far have been unable to do so. We even found out Guy Koloko isn’t even his real name. He owns property in Houston as Guy C. Koloko-Poueheu. Why would you use one name for your business and another to hold your real estate unless you had something to hide? In our opinion KNS Solar, LLC and its owner, Guy Koloko and KNS are frauds, consistent liars and thieves. According to Koloko/KNS’s lawyer, they have disputes with customers outside of Texas and there is also a trial coming up in Dallas against KNS.
