Company Closed not not honor Labor Warranty

They opened a new company which operates under same phone number and the owner has the same last name as the Owner of West Bay Energy. So they want money now to honor their warranty. Its a scam, family scam business. Owner of West bay Energy has a bunch of dissolved companies in FL. I wish I would check that sooner.
