Horrible, Dishonest, Incompetent People

We hired Travis to design and construct our Solar system, based on good reviews online and his many promises of expertise. Travis faked his way along in a convincing manner, until I paid him for the design and permitting phase. Then he ran off, ignored our project, and failed to complete the required HOA permits, he failed to complete the solar system design as contracted, and he failed to apply for County building permits. A real scoundrel, not to be trusted. We filed detailed complaints with the Nevada State Contractors Board, Better Business Bureau, and his Bonding company. All of whom said we need to sue him in court. Warning: when his lips are moving, you know he's telling false stories. Same for his slime-covered attorney. A nasty company.
