The sales part, permitting, helping explaining financing was all excellent. The system was installed and connected to the grid faster than expected. The reason why I’m only rating 3/5 is that I’ve had a small issue with the consumption part in the enphase app not being correct. It seems to be an issue with the CT clamps(?). I spoke with the PM and told him about the issue on 6/13. He said sometimes it does that and to give it 24-48 hours. On 6/15 I left a message that I was still having the problem. No response On 6/17 I called the main office line and they took my name and message and the PM will call me back. No response. 6/18 called the main number again and PM just popped into a meeting he’ll call me back. Finally got a call back and he said they pushed a software update and give it 24-48 hours. I believe here they just reversed polarity issue. 6/20 called the PM again and left another message. No response 6/26 called again…… also tried calling main number both no answer. Look I get that you’re busy but what if I had a real problem? Can I expect this type of treatment as well?? I really wish someone would follow up without me having to leave a bad review to get your attention.
