Disappointed Solar Customer

Wow! What a disappointment! I wanted to share our recent experience with Sandy, who was scheduled to come to our home. On the first appointment date, just 20 minutes before her scheduled arrival, she called to cancel due to personal reasons. Although we were disappointed with the last-minute cancellation, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the next day. We confirmed the appointment via email and text, even sending another confirmation 45 minutes prior to the appointment time. However, when she was 30 minutes late, we reached out via text and call to request an ETA. To our surprise, the response we received was that she needed to reschedule again due to personal reasons... really? This was after confirming the appointment just minutes earlier! We will never use Sandy!!!
