Horrible communication and workmanship

Panels installed June 2022. Hard freeze February 2023 water came through the ceiling after sitting on the sheet rock for an extended period of time sheet rock is dripping in between rafters. Went and looked and our new roof that was installed right before the panels has extensive damage from their Zawzaws, as they were cutting the railing to attach the panels to. Almost a year later finally got a new roof installed. They first sent out multiple people to caulk the attic and put up metal where there was holes where you could see the light to fix the leak.
