This is the third time I have contacted you, and I have not received a refund of 300.00 USD for the system interconnection. I have received three phone calls from you but the money has not arrived yet. On the other hand , the system's production is below what I consume, and that's not what they told me when they sold the system . For two months, I've had to pay the LCEC, 75.00 and 25.00 respectively. And I wonder how effective that study was ? There are only two of us living at home, and we spend less than eight hours away from home. Inexplicable!!!!!!
