Horrible to deal with

I have been trying to get in contact with Sunnova about damaged solar panels from a storm. I reached out several times. It has been weeks and they can't give me any updates. They won't even let me know what is in my case at the moment because they say "the notes are internal". We can not move forward with insurance or with repairs to our roof until we hear back from Sunnova, as we have already heard back from everyone else. Sunnova, do not reply to this review with your "customer service" email, we have already tried that several times, along with the chat. I want a real office I can go to and a real local number I can call in order to get this resolved.
