My wife and I are very impressed with the Coldstream Solar team and the solar energy system that they have installed in our home. Members of this team were very professional during every step of the process. It began with our introduction to Coldstream Solar and the excellent proposal presentation given by Luke (Sales Representative). Then Evan (Operations Manager) expertly performed the technical home visit to prepare for the installation. Finally on the big day a few weeks later, we watched the team of four men, led by Cliff (Master Electrician) and Logan (Electrician) install our new solar energy system. They obviously knew what they were doing and had our system running in about four to five hours. Each member of the team was courteous, respectful of our home, and always willing to answer our questions. During the time leading up to the system installation, Luke kept us up to date with the progress of the system design, obtaining the needed permits, interconnecting with our electric company, etc. He also took the time to give me a tour of the Coldstream Solar office/warehouse and to stop by our home on installation day to see how things were going. It’s so fun now to open the smart phone app on sunny days and see how much surplus electricity we are exporting to our electric company.
