Sunnova's claims process was, for me, absolutely terrible. Their equipment install caused leak issues from our roof into our house. There own technician came out and determined as much. The leak was bad enough that after four attempts to address the leak itself we were required to replace the entire roof. Their mismanagement cost us tens of thousands of dollars all told. The claims process drew out beyond two months always with me writing another email asking about progress on my case. In the end I was met with a response saying - sorry for the inconvenience, we can't help.
