Easy company to do business with!

Infinium is a well-organized and professional company. The entire process—from consultation to installation—was smooth and straightforward. Jeff, the owner, personally met with me at my home to evaluate the best positioning for the solar panels. He then sent over a detailed proposal for me to review. At no point was there any pressure to move forward, which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable choosing Infinium. The company is highly service-oriented and responsive to any concerns or questions. Every time I called, someone picked up, and the front desk staff was excellent at connecting me with the right person. Dai and Jerome were great to work with throughout the process. The installation itself went smoothly. The installers were friendly, professional, and respectful of my property—especially when working on the roof. They also took the time to answer all my questions about the installation process. After the install, their system technician, Jiel, helped me connect my system to the internet and answered any questions I had about monitoring energy production. She made sure I was comfortable with the system before wrapping up. Overall, my experience with Infinium Solar was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar energy system.
