We are trying to sell our home and we have been FIGHTING for weeks to get Sunnova to send us a letter with the purchase price, remaining balance and monthly payment for the new buyer. Customers can only speak to offshore customer service that keep giving you the run around and stating "there is a case file". If you hear that Sunnova has partnered with ANY installation company RUN and RUN fast.
