I was so excited to have Solar installed on my husband's family home in Queens in August of 2012. However, the contract said that there would be an assessment of the efficiency of the solar panels in 6 months. It is now over a year and I have no idea if they are working well or not. I have called Quad State NY, several times but they are ignoring me. The salesman I knew, no longer works there and there seems to be no further interest in us. I've emailed, called and still no response. I don't want to send in a bad review, but this is very disappointing and consumers need to know.

I would not recommend them. Solar is new to all of us and if we are on our own after the installation, that is kind of creepy. Suppose we need more panels or an adjustment or anything else for that matter. We just needed an assessment as promised so that we would know that we are getting the full value of this expensive project. Sad no one at Quad cares.
