Shady and unethical business practice.

We were in talks with Nova Solar for a number of months and finally decided to proceed with the project. They sent us a contract for about $39k. When we read it, they had some dubious terms in there, like forcing us to use them to replace our roofing if we needed to. When speaking to the operations manager, Barklie Eestes, his attitude was one of arrogance and jest. We reached out to him for over a week to get the agreement signed and move the project forward. They then went ahead and sent a contract for the same exact system for nearly $50k. Something their office manager confirmed, "should not have happened." Maybe they didn't like our name or that we actually read through their contract, but all around shady business practice.
