Worst Ever!

I recently retired and my husband is getting ready to, or was! We were lied to repeatedly by the salesman and now we owe $60,000 in solar. I was so skeptical about signing, but finally gave in. First and foremost, he said we would get 6 months free. It took nine months for them to install everything and they started hounding us, after only a few months of starting the work for a payment! Subsequent to many angry phone calls, they finally honored what they said and gave us until August to start paying. However, we were told we would get a $25,000 government rebate on our taxes (WE DID NOT) and that if we applied that money to the loan, our payments would go from 526 per month, to 326. per month. That did NOT happen! In addition, we were told we'd receive credit at the end of the year. However, our APS bills are still $100 or more a month, in addition to the $535.00 solar payment! We had a brand new roof, which they damaged and we had to fight to get that repaired. They broke three of my antique figurines, when they were drilling on the wall. I could go on and on. The salesman won't return our calls. I have called to speak to a supervisor three or four times and no one will call me back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. My next step is social media and possibly the local news media. NOW I find out, they attach the debt to my home of 30 years! Again, we are retirement age and they have ruined our credit and we will be broke and in debt to them for the next 20 years we may have left. The worst part is the fact that he flat out lied about the "25,000 government rebate." That was the deciding factor in agreeing to sign the contract. Please do not use this company and I encourage anyone affected by them, to contact the BBB.
