I can't praise more highly the information sharing process and customer support that we have received during our solar installation. Everyone at the company has been very responsive to all questions. I'm satisfied that future support will also be just as responsive. I was lucky to have a very skilled and talented father who could fix and build everything (including my house) and did so with great care, thrift, and the best quality of workmanship. It has caused me to have very high expectations and to be very particular about work done by companies or individuals that I hire. It can be a very stressful process for me--and sometimes for those doing the work :) All that said, I'm pleased with the overall result and experience. We only use electricity (no natural gas) for our appliances and we have electric zonal heaters, so solar was a smart investment for us. I really like using the EMA App to see how the system is producing power and I love checking my electricity bill to watch the (lack of) charges. I also liked the support, service warranties, etc. but the fact that the company will come and take the system down once in the next 25 yrs to accommodate re-roofing and then put the system back up really clinched it for us! I would definitely recommend Smart Solar...it's been a great experience for us.
