Trying to get them to answer the phone is almost impossible you can leave messages but unless you call for sales they DO NOT answer and they do not call back SERVICE after the sale IMPOSSIBLE !!! I would not recommend this company at all !!! Now we are getting electric bills because it's not transmitting to Entergy but I CAN NOT get anyone to even call me back . They were supposed to give us 100 for the first few years to help offset our costs they wrote us checks that BOUNCED !!!!! So really the after sales SUPPORT is a 0 but that choice was not there .
