There are many reasons why I’m taking time to communicate my SunRun experience. I am one of the homeowners that had purchased solar in the past from the companies with agendas to take advantage the customer for money and time without delivering. Richard McCarty, your availability, reaction time, exceptional professional and friendly communication skills bundled with honesty. It was very hard for me to trust anyone in the solar industry. Your message sounded too good to be true. He said SunRun is investing in the future and you backed up promises with facts and examples. He won my trust and he walked through all the steps necessary before delivery. YES, I felt as if I had won the lottery when all the details promised were actually delivered way above my expectations. All SunRun inspectors were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Stephen my install expert is always available and followed up on all my requests. The true icing on the cake was the dreaded installation day. No, this wasn’t one of those normal stressful installations. It was truly an unbelievable show of experience, knowledge and work ethic by Logan, Braden and crew. I experience an “over the top” display of respect, timeliness, professionalism and expertise. They made sure the installation area was kept safe and clean for the homeowner. Their effortless communication skills explained every detail. They understand to genuinely stop, explain and confirm that my question was answered, very, very rare to find. I will definitely sell SunRun knowing that Logan and Braden will deliver and compliment Richard and Stephen’s roll. It would be hard to list all the exceptional interactions with Logan and Braden. Logan, I appreciated your commitment to this project you deserve a raise. Braden, is unbelievable, a Wow. Sir, your patience, accuracy and attention to detail was a show to experience. Yes, a raise to you. Everyone involved raised the bar for service and can enjoy the fact that I feel you are the epitome for all SunRuns quality standards. If you ever thought of getting solar but unsure call SunRun. They are not like all other solar companies. Thank you!
