The job was left with over 40 broken tiles and took me 2 weeks to get the attention of the company to come out and fix. After fixing, I found more broken tiles not replaced. They owe us almost $700 for a 2 month APS bill reimbursement certificate. I was told the request was sent to accounting on January 28th and I should have the check in March. After Epcon botched our install, cracked 50 tiles on my roof, installed the wrong invertors and wired the system incorrectly, Solar Topps has jumped in and been unbelievable with their customer service and workmanship.
