Because it was represented that we would get the 30% renewable energy credit and keep payments down, made sense for two seniors on a fixed income to lower utility costs. No One gets the monies in hand as represented no matter what your tax liability. That is why in process of filing complaint with CO AG office and contacting BBB, in American Fork, UT, along with seeking legal council.
