Very poor customer service. During the buying process, everyone was nice. However, after the panels were installed, a check up had to be done regarding loose screws in the panel that could potentially fly off during a storm. Our inverter is now broken after 1.5 years, and it has taken almost 3 weeks of constant badgering to get any updates. Do not respond to emails in a timely manner.
