Compare the prices of Storz Power dealers near you

We just recently installed 15 kWh Storz Batteries paired with Tigo Optimizers and Sol-Ark inverter. This system is amazing and exactly what we were looking for in a residential battery storage. After the Texas grid outage in February we decided if we were going to invest in battery storage we wanted something that was actually used daily not just in an emergency. Our research led us to Storz Power and Everett Brewer and his team hooked us up with a local installer and played a key role in designing our system. We could not be more please with how it turned out, so much we are ordering another battery

I was hoping that what they show on their website was true, but sadly it's not. I have been trying to get my system up and working for over 13 months now and it is still not working. I have been told I need more parts to make this work as StorzPower describes on their website. I am getting close to canceling the contract and getting a full refund since it has never worked as it should. I was very clear that I wanted a system that would provide a whole home backup to where I would not even know the grid went offline. I feel like I am a working experiment, the CEO of the company has been working on my system and its still not working as it should. I know need to add soft start switches, and additional disconnect switches, even though the Invertors can do it themselves. The Lumins are a whole other issue. The amount of money, I paid this should be an amazing system, and its not. Be very very careful with choosing StorzPower as its clear they care very little about customer satisfaction or support. Its also clear their product does not deliver what they say, has bad design, and has little to no installation instructions that a professional installer can use, they do not even talk about the storage cases for the battery or even give you options. I could go on for sometime on all the issues
