Horrible, just plain Horrible.
This company took 5 months to complete a job that should have taken 3. There were a number of gaps in work that were not explained. One was a month long. These gaps were NOT the fault of the county inspectors nor the power company. The company’s plans were not followed seemingly due to the lack of a project manager. The communication was non-existent. I would be told work was scheduled for a particular day and no one would show up. No one would call to tell me this, and I would wonder up calling to see what was going on. I would be given a non-explanation or an answer that made no sense. Once I was told a truck was in the shop and that the other truck was not available for my job. When I complained about these ongoing problems an employee told me I sounded like his ex-wife. The plans prepared by someone were often an issue which caused great diuficult for the man in the field, named Miki, who was fantastic. He regularly had to change his work because the plans weren’t correct. He regularly had to go to the hardware store to get pieces and parts that had not been supplied to him. I could go in and on. This was a nightmare and I was incredibly frustrated. The owner finally got involved. Things went a bit better. But…..he promised me in a text message, which I have, that he would compensate me for the delays and me having to make payments in the loan before the job was done. I guess the check is lost in the mail because I don’t have it and the owner did not respond to my inquiry about it. If you can figure out how to contact me I can bend your ear for an hour, all backed up by text messages, about the nightmare. The bright spot, everything works.
